Race Analysis

The Sailchart website provides comprehensive analysis and comparison of key metrics like speed over ground, speed made good, distance sailed, course efficiency, tack angles and tacking speed loss.

With the Race Analysis tool, you can play back the entire race or specific legs to compare race course strategies and your performance relative to other boats.

The Boat Performance charts allows you to track your boat’s performance over time comparing key metrics against other boats that sailed in the same race.

Training Sessions

The Sailchart app allows you to view key metrics in real-time whilst in 'training mode'. Start a training session to view data like current speed, VMG, heel angle and tacking angles. Note that use of the training mode can be disabled whilst a club race is in progress to comply with class rules that prohibit electronic aids.
